Age: 20
Heidi gained a lot of advice through Aimhigher Sussex, while at City College Brighton & Hove. They helped her with university open days and “were always there if I needed any help” when thinking about Higher Education.
Heidi chose to study at the University of Brighton so that she could stay at home and cut down on her living expenses. She wanted to go to university to further her education, as well as experiences.
In her time at Brighton, Heidi has had the chance to hear talks by several well known photographers, including Martin Parr. Heidi is transferring to the University of East London as she feels the course there better reflects her needs. After she graduates, she is hoping to go to the USA to study for a Masters.
Heidi has recently been named Landscape Photographer of the Year by DegreeArt.com.
