Facebook and Student Voice
Our Aimhigher students are important to us. They’re the reason we do what we do. In order not to lose sight of that fact and to make sure that we’re delivering a programme that really is fit for purpose we have developed a student voice panel and a Facebook group. Led by Fay Lofty and Kevin Betts and delivered by University of Brighton undergraduate student, Todd Thornback, these two initiatives are proving highly successful.
Students on the Facebook group can stay in touch with each other and share their Aimhigher and summer school experiences as well as get up to date information on higher education.
The Aimhigher Sussex group on Facebook is a ‘closed’ group so you will need to request membership.
Student Voice Panel
Students on the Student Voice Panel contribute to the development of Aimhigher Sussex, its activities and strategies and develop their own materials for other students – newsletters and seasonal cards amongst other projects. Once our new website is launched, they will also be updating it with blogs and updates.
