Rebecca Duffy is the Area Manager for East Sussex, she works with staff and students in 12 schools. She also manages the Creative and Media Curriculum Network.
Rebecca has an MA in Communications and one in Creative Writing and Authorship. She wanted to be a vet when she was younger. She’s scared of global warming, intolerance, hatred and cruelty. She loves the movie Volver by Pedro Almodovar and the book Fried Green Tomatoes at the Whistle Stop Cafe by Fannie Flagg. Her favourite food is anything exotic. She feels her greatest achievement has been to make the decision to live her own life and be true to herself. She’d love to spend every day travelling, writing, making films and eating and drinking with good friends. Her best memory of uni was the great friends she made. She loves her job because she gets to meet some amazing young people, teachers and colleagues.
